NSCD backport for 6 stable branch

Patchin:

#> cd /usr/src
#> mkdir -p  src/usr.sbin/nscd/agents
#> patch < /path/to/patch
then rebuild world.

few days ago I've upgraded and needed patch for 6.4 and there we go: nscd_6.4-RELEASE-p4
